The challenge

Dr. Althea launched a new anti-aging line on the European market with a limited marketing budget (8K€/month). Their challenge: to create brand awareness and generate sales without an internal video team.

Dr. Althea launched a new anti-aging line on the European market with a limited marketing budget (8K€/month). Their challenge: to create brand awareness and generate sales without an internal video team.

They had tried to recruit micro-influencers (€500-€1000 per post) but the results were unpredictable — some posts went viral, while others flopped completely. The objective: Generate 50K organic views in 60 days and prove that AI-generated content can convert as well as traditional UGC.

Our strategy

We created two virtual creator avatars a dermatologist and a beauty enthusiast to cover both the "expert" and "lifestyle" angles. Our approach:

Content batching: Producing 20 videos/month (mix of education + entertainment) Tested hooks: "Dermatologist reacts to TikTok trends", "3 ingredients to avoid after 30", "Anti-aging routine under €50" Multi-platform: The same video adapted to the specs of each platform (9:16 TikTok, Reels, Shorts) Strategic repurposing: Top performers transformed into Spark Ads
